Mild redness or slight bruising at the injection site is normal and typically resolves within hours.

Recommended subcutaneous injection sites are: (1) the abdomen — at least 2 inches away from the navel; (2) the outer thigh — middle section; (3) the back of the upper arm. Rotate between these sites with each injection to prevent tissue irritation and ensure optimal absorption. Avoid areas with scar tissue, bruising, or active skin conditions.

If you miss a dose, simply inject as soon as you remember — unless it is close to the time for your next scheduled dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double-dose to make up for a missed injection. Consistency is important, but one missed dose will not significantly impact your overall treatment outcome.

Used pens are classed as sharps waste and must be disposed of in your included sharps container. Never place used pens in household recycling or general waste. Once your sharps container is full (to the fill line — never above), seal it securely and take it to a local pharmacy or NHS sharps disposal point.

NADvance is generally very well tolerated. Common mild side effects include brief redness or slight bruising at the injection site, which typically resolves within a few hours. Some users report mild fatigue or a feeling of warmth in the first few days as their body adjusts — this is normal. Rarely, users may experience mild nausea or headache during the initial loading phase. Serious reactions are extremely rare. Contact our clinical team if you have any concerns.

We do not currently recommend NADvance therapy during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as there is insufficient clinical data to confirm safety in these populations. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult your GP or obstetrician before starting any new therapy.

NAD+ therapy is generally compatible with most common medications. However, we recommend consulting your GP or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), immunosuppressants, or chemotherapy agents. If you are on any prescription medication, always inform your prescribing doctor that you are starting NAD+ supplementation.

NAD+ therapy may actually be beneficial for metabolic health in people with type 2 diabetes, as NAD+ plays a key role in glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. However, if you have diabetes — particularly type 1 — we strongly recommend consulting your endocrinologist or GP before starting therapy.

We offer next-day delivery across mainland UK for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day. Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. Only the return address label will identify the sender as a medical fulfilment service. Your privacy is our priority.

Due to the pharmaceutical nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used pens for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. For subscription cancellations, please cancel before your next billing date via your account or by contacting our support team.

You can manage your subscription — including pausing, changing frequency, or cancelling — at any time through your online account portal. Alternatively, contact our support team via live chat or email and we will handle it immediately. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitment periods. We simply ask for 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery.
