Remove the outer pen cap. Attach a fresh sterile needle by twisting firmly onto the pen cartridge tip.
Turn the dose dial to 2 units. Point pen upward and press until a small drop appears at the needle tip.
Dial your prescribed dose. The window clearly shows the selected unit amount with each click.
Clean the chosen area (abdomen or outer thigh) with an alcohol swab. Allow to dry fully before injecting.
Pinch skin gently, insert needle at 90°, press button fully and hold for 10 seconds before withdrawing.
Remove needle and dispose in a sharps container. Replace the pen cap and store refrigerated as directed.
